Our Privacy Policy

Reports are the property of our clients. We will not provide reports to parties who are not pre-authorized as recipients of a report at the time of placing the order without the expressed permission of our client or contracting party or agency.

In other words, we do not send reports or discuss a report without permission. A client will be asked prior to the inspection, who is authorized to receive the report, and those reports are forwarded to those recipients the day they are processed.

We do make is easy for our clients to give copies to the persons they authorize. We post each report on the website with a protected password. Our clients simply provide the proper password to the persons they choose to allow access 24 hours per day, every day for 90 days past the date of the inspection.
